New course dates: Writing Winning Bids

In response to high demand, Candour Collaborations will be delivering two additional business development training days, ‘Writing Winning Bids’ in London and Newcastle on the 14th January and 26th February 2015. These will be run in partnership with Clinks and with support from MoJ infrastructure grant funding.

These one day workshops will support voluntary organisations operating in the Criminal Justice System (CJS) to effectively identify contract and sub-contract opportunities, write strong narrative responses, and engage Tier 1 providers to secure positions within supply chains.  The workshop will help you to:

• Understand how procurement works.
• Be ahead of the curve when it comes to competition.
• Anticipate and prepare for changes in the marketplace.
• Develop a business development strategy and make bid/no bid decisions.
• Understand the differences between EoIs, PQQs, and ITTs.
• Know how to answer and how EoIs, PQQs, and ITTs are evaluated.
• Submit a high quality, highly scoring EoI, PQQ, or ITT.
• Bid to become part of a supply chain.

These workshops are aimed at those individuals responsible for their organisation’s business development function, including those who currently write bids and/or engage Tier 1 providers to win business, and those who are considering doing so and would like to find out more.
