Candour Collaborations was founded in 2013 by Mike Harvey and Natasha Harvey. Over the years we have supported our clients to submit winning tenders into a range of commissioners including DWP, ESFA, GLA, MoJ, MoD, HMPPS, NOMS, DHSC, NHS England and NHS Trusts, plus Housing Associations, Jobcentre Plus, Cabinet Office, local authorities and Prime Contractors. We believe our clients are the subject matter experts, and we love working with them to eke out the right information to write winning bids. We are firm believers that bid writing and bid management are skills worth outsourcing to experts.
Since we set up Candour Collaborations we’ve been heavily involved in complex, large-scale tendering opportunities including the MoJ’s Transforming Rehabilitation competition (see our Criminal Justice page link for more details), DWP Work and Health Programme, and National Citizen Service, whilst also staying very active in other markets. We have worked with clients to model contracts commercially and operationally, managed complex tender processes, and supported our clients in negotiations with a range of commissioners and prime contractors.
