Natasha Harvey

Natasha is an experienced business development professional with a proven record of success. She loves writing and managing bids – ideally with copious cups of tea as essential bid fuel.

During Natasha’s career she has led and won bids from the DWP, NOMS, HMPPS, MoJ, ESFA, ESF, Jobcentre Plus, GLA, NHS, DHSC, local authorities, and lots of other smaller awarding bodies. She has also won grants for national and local charities, from funders including Big Lottery Fund and a range of Charitable Trusts and Foundations.  Thanks to her instinct for what commissioners are looking for in winning bids, combined with her operational experience, Natasha is able to design innovative delivery models which ‘work’ from both a tendering and an operational perspective. She is happiest when crafting the most compelling and clear way to present this in a bid.

Natasha is particularly proud of supporting a not-for-profit client to score highest in the NOMS CFO bid round, winning £33m of contracts nationally; scoring 100% in a palliative care tender for a private healthcare client with a new commissioner; helping a new market entrant to win a £1m+ radiology contract; and supporting a large national prime contractor to win almost £117m of integrated employability and health provision in the North East.

As an animal-loving running nerd, she is also a proud funding advisor for Street Paws, a charity that supports homeless people and their pets to access free veterinary care and supplies, and a trustee for her running club, North Shields Polytechnic AC. Showing her versatility, she has won both of these diverse charities significant grant funding.
